The concept is based on the atmosphere of a typical tango ballroom, where the dancers are expecting and waiting for a partner to dance with.
All the tension, the glances, the expectations and desires that can exist between two people willing to join in dancing, are staged here in a unique and singular performance.
Combining the slow-motion and gestural precision from the performance Chicago with the so particular art of tango, the two protagonists create an intimate space where everyone is looking for the other throughout the process of approaching... until the final embrace.
It's a fleeting encounter, the passion inherent to the tango and the special atmosphere of Chicago.
